This website is purely informational. No tracking or analytics services are used, no cookies are set, and no personal data is processed for advertising purposes. Fonts are loaded locally from this website; no connection is made to Google Fonts or similar services.
3. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system (server log files). This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). 4. Local storage (language choice)
The website provides fixed language versions at /, /pl/ and /en/. When the homepage is accessed, the browser header Accept-Language may be technically evaluated once to direct visitors to the appropriate language version. No language cookie is set and no language choice is stored in your browser.
5. Contact
If you contact me via the contact form, email or phone, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the request, selected topics and budget range) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The contact form is technically processed via Cloudflare Workers and delivered to me by email through Resend, Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract/performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to external services (e.g. LinkedIn). When you click such a link, you leave this website; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. No social media plugins are embedded that transmit data when the page is loaded.
7. Your rights
