With my background in media, startups and industry, I manage projects and products with many parties involved, and solve the problems that come up along the way: unclear requirements, competing priorities, stalled communication.

Three situations in which clients book me

Your PO role is vacant: parental leave, a departure, or the role is only just being created. From day two, I take over the backlog, ceremonies and stakeholder reporting.

Duration: 3–12 months · workload by agreement

A well-defined initiative your team has no bandwidth for: discovery, tender preparation, backlog migration, stuck projects. A defined scope and an external mind.

Duration: 4–12 weeks · fixed price with a defined scope

Taking AI from experiment to everyday operations: use case evaluation, fine-tuning experience from a system rolled out to production, governance for data protection and model selection. No PoC carousel.

Duration: 6–16 weeks · fixed-price sprint, optional continuation

What working together looks like

IT projects rarely fail because of technology. What is usually missing is clarity. That is exactly where my work begins.

Free of charge, 30 minutes. You describe the situation, I ask where it hurts. At the end, we both say whether it makes sense to go deeper.

Paid, 1–2 weeks. Team setup, backlog, stakeholders, governance. At the end, a written assessment with a clear recommendation, even if it says: you don't need an external.

Depending on the setup (see Services). A fixed reporting cadence, clear escalation paths.

A clean handover: documentation in your format, handover sessions, a clear definition of what continues to run on its own.
