I manage digitalization projects in automotive after sales. Before that came two years of product development at SWR/ARD, virtual live events with internationally distributed teams, and co-building a fashion-tech startup. The industries kept changing, the pattern stayed the same: complex initiatives with many voices that need a clear direction. The career stations are below; what happened inside the projects is under Projects.

What I bring

I sit between development teams and business departments and turn "that's technically impossible" and "but the business side needs this" into a realistic backlog. My media and corporate experience taught me how to pull that off without collateral damage.

Whether a broadcasting network with several member organizations, an international metaverse project with distributed teams or corporate integration in the commercial vehicle world, I have learned how to consolidate requirements, set up clean governance and still deliver. Even when five parties have five different priorities.

I have been deeply involved with AI for years, far beyond my day job. On my own local infrastructure, I compare language models, test speech recognition and image generation, and experiment with RAG approaches. My biggest private project: a self-built multi-agent system that plans and executes tasks autonomously and presents them for approval. This is not an end in itself. Anyone who wants to evaluate and manage AI projects for companies has to know what the technology can really do and where it hits its limits. You notice this difference in every conversation: between someone who talks about AI and someone who builds and uses it themselves every day.

From the founding team of a fashion-tech startup through international streaming projects to a major broadcaster and a commercial vehicle group, I know both ends of the spectrum and can tell which pace a project needs right now.

A mechatronics apprenticeship, maintenance in the automotive industry, and today the digitalization of workshop processes. When software meets machines, workshops or physical products, nobody has to explain to me why reality doesn't stick to the backlog.

I have been responsible for live events that were promoted for weeks and had to run at exactly the announced minute. Postponing was not an option. That is where you learn to prioritize without compromise and to say no in time.

How I work

Which methodology a project needs is a question of project type, not personal preference: waterfall where changes are off-limits beyond a certain point, agile where a product has to grow with feedback. And a team is rarely unmotivated because it lacks skills. What is usually missing is simple clarity. That is why, in every project, I want to be the person anyone can turn to with any concern.

I grew up in Poland and Germany and have worked with teams from all over the world. So I usually spot cultural friction before it becomes a problem.
